Identification RequireD.
Anchor Pointe Inn (“Inn) requires copies of driver’s license, passport or other identification upon check-in for all guests. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The Inn does not offer roll-away beds, cots or pull-out sofas. No unregistered guests are permitted in guest rooms at any time. Unregistered guests are permitted in the lobby area only.
What Kind of Hotel Is this?
The Inn does not permit stays longer than 28 nights. No long-term tenants are accepted.
The Inn does not allow smoking in any guest rooms or any part of the Inn’s interior. Any violation of the Inn’s strict no-smoking policy in any part of the Inn’s interior will lead to an automatic deduction of $100 from the security deposit and a cancellation of your reservation. Smoking is only permitted at designated areas at the exterior of the property or on public walkways.
No pets allowed. Excepting service animals with proper documentation
A peaceful stay.
ADA rooms and bathrooms are available with advance booking and subject to availability. Handicap parking requires a handicap placard. A wheelchair ramp is available at the rear entrance of the Inn.
Children are welcome, however, the Inn is not configured to accommodate infants and children under 2 years old.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The Inn has quiet hours after 10pm. Please do not disturb other occupants and be considerate of others. Disruptive guests may be asked to leave.
The Inn reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The Inn is a “limited service” property comparable to a youth hostel. Daily turn-down service is not offered.
Street parking and Parking LOT.
Parking in the Inn’s parking lot is first-come, first-served. Plenty of additional parking is usually available on public streets adjacent to the Inn. Please provide your vehicle’s license plate number upon check-in.
Notice to guest:
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for the accidents or injury to guest for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. It is your responsibility to secure your room, especially on Jack and Jill restroom doors. Do not leave personal belongings in restrooms.
TERMS and CONDITIONS.
By way of these terms and conditions, Guests expressly, willingly and voluntarily assumes full responsibility for all risks of any and every kind of injury or loss to the fullest extent allowable by law which arise in any way from Guests’ stay at the Inn, including, but not limited to, losses of personal property or personal injury including any losses sustained as a result of the Inn’s own negligence. In addition, Guest hereby irrevocably release Company, its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, successors, heirs, assigns, affiliates and legal representatives (the “Released Parties”) from, and hold them harmless for, all claims, rights, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of the Guest’s stay at the Inn.
